Hi, my name is Tom Kotter.

I've been involved in the golf trade business with Japan for over 30 years. I owe my entire life to the Japanese people, and have tremendous respect and gratitude for what my friends and business partners in Japan have taught me about Japanese culture. The words that come to mind when I think of the Japanese people: respect, honor, hard-working, conforming, kind, benevolent, and fun.

My passions are family, friends, golf, skiing, running, foreign travel, cultural exchange, engaging the human spirit, music, Japan, service, and adventure. The inspiration to start doing golf tours comes from 30 years of working with and knowing the Japanese and American people, and the hospitality I've received in many countries around the world.
